Printed books (print-on-demand)
Our printed books are produced on demand — each copy is manufactured specifically for your order, so we do not keep stock and cannot accept returns for change of mind. We will gladly replace or refund any item that arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted. Email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue and we’ll make it right.
Digital products and course access
Because access is granted immediately, digital products and course licenses are non-refundable once access has been delivered, except where a refund is required by law or in the case of a duplicate or erroneous charge.
